Since 2003, I have been creating stakeholder network models to support my consulting engagements with clients throughout the US. In 2006, the first version of the Performance Visualization System "PVS" was developed to map and measure complex organizational networks like supply chains, sales channels, financial networks, social networks, and other large data datasets.
In 2009, PVS was re-architected to provide enhanced features that enable larger groups of stakeholders to interact and apply their assumptions and datasets to the base models. While the data associated with the actual models is confidential to PVS and its clients, the software and models themselves are wholly owned and controlled by Thom Liggett through PVS. These screenshots provide a glimpse into the performance analytics possible through interactive stakeholder network modeling.
